Cycling between laptop screen/projector/external monitor

This applies to staff who have separate external monitors or projectors connected to their laptops.
To cycle between either laptop screen, or monitor/projector or to have your PC displaying on both at the same time, simply hold down the 'fn' key and keep pressing 'F8' on your keyboard until the image displays on the appropriate screen/monitor/projector.
